Society for Brain Mapping & Therapeutics (SBMT) is a non-profit society organized for the purpose of encouraging basic and clinical scientists as well as engineers who are interested in areas of Brain Mapping and Therapeutics to improve the diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of patients afflicted with neurological disorders. CKO Media Group took on this non-profit client to create a brochure for their upcoming Neurotech Convention in 2025.
Paper Wireframe
This 3-fold paper wireframe brochure emphasizes clarity in the early design phase. Event details are featured on the left, while key speaker slots are arranged on the right for easy visibility. A central box for sponsorships highlights its importance, creating a balanced and organized layout that reflects thoughtful planning. The inside of the brochure is left blank to highlight the key speakers for the 3 day event.
Digital Wireframe
Upon completion of the paper wireframe, a digital one was created with more detail. The integrity of the initial wireframe was maintained with more defined detail and color. The color palette reflects the client’s vision, blending maroon for sophistication with gold accents to emphasize prestige. Neutral gray tones provide balance, ensuring clarity and a professional finish. This thoughtful combination reinforces the event's innovative theme while maintaining a polished and cohesive design.
Final Iteration
The initial concept for a three-fold printed brochure was expanded into a comprehensive 13-page online document to meet the evolving needs of the project. Despite the tight deadline, I successfully adapted the design, incorporating additional content and interactive elements while maintaining a cohesive and visually engaging layout. The expanded format allowed for deeper exploration of the necessary themes and priorities, creating a resource-rich and user-friendly experience.
